George Willis is President of U.S. Operations for UPS.

In this role. George has the responsibility for all package delivery and logistics as well as the UPS Airlines and Global Security. He is also a member of the UPS Management Committee responsible for long-term strategy and operating plans for the company’s worldwide operations.

Prior to his current role, George served as West Region president, with responsibility for all package delivery operations in 25 central and western U.S. states.

George also served as U.K., Ireland and Nordics district manager with responsibility for international operations, business development, strategy, as well as held assignments leading business units in North Carolina, Southern California and as Vice President of The UPS Store. George began his UPS career in 1984 as a part-time package handler in the Georgia District.

George is a member of the Atlanta Police Foundation, The Executive Leadership Council, and is on the National Urban League Board of Trustees.

George received a Bachelor of the Arts from Trinity College and has participated in the Columbia Executive Education Program and Yale CEO College Program.
