In this role, Eggleston Bracey is responsible for Unilever’s $5B Beauty & Personal Care portfolio in North America which includes iconic brands like Dove, Suave, and Shea Moisture.
Eggleston Bracey is a transformational beauty executive with decades of experience in marketing, general management, and creating impact through business acceleration, purpose driven leadership and barrier breaking initiatives.
Eggleston Bracey is leading efforts to unlock unprecedented growth for Unilever and become the beauty company that makes the most impact on people, communities and the planet. Her efforts include helping put an end to race- based hair discrimination through Dove’s co-founding of the CROWN (Creating a Respectful & Open World for Natural Hair) Coalition and passing of the CROWN Act legislation in 14 States to date.
Earlier in her career, she led COVERGIRL’s pioneering work to diversify the face of beauty with disruptive ‘real beauty’ talent such as Queen Latifah, Pink, Ellen, and Janelle Monae.
Eggleston Bracey serves on the Board of Willliams Sonama. She holds a AB Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.
