Eric Stevenson is President of Nationwide Retirement Solutions, a business with $200B in assets under management. As a P&L owner, he has demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills and the financial discipline to grow topline sales while exceeding bottom-line targets in the highly regulated financial services industry. Eric’s ability to orient firms towards customer centricity and operational excellence has led to top quartile performance.
Stevenson has more than 25 years of leadership experience with emphasis in marketing, sales and general management in consumer-packaged goods businesses with Quaker Oats and Warner Lambert and the financial services industry with Nationwide.
Stevenson has a proven ability to communicate a vision, inspire confidence and restore calm in turbulent times. As a sought-after leader, Eric has testified before a U.S. Senate panel on retirement security, specifically lobbying for passage of the Department of Labor’s Retirement Savings and Security Act and for Emergency Savings legislation.
Stevenson is active in the community, serves on the Board of Regents at the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Stevenson earned a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Oklahoma and his Master’s degree from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
