Eddie R. Munson was Former Interim Chief Financial Officer for Bearingpoint, Inc. Munson is a former Partner of KPMG LLP with over 32 years of auditing experience in the public and private sectors. Munson was KPMG’s National Partner in charge of University Relations & Campus Recruiting programs from October 2003 to September 2006. Previously, Munson served as Managing Partner of the KPMG Detroit Office and also Partner in charge of Assurance Services for its Mid-America Business Unit with offices in six Midwest locations.
Munson, who is a Certified Public Accountant, has a number of community interests and professional memberships including: Trustee at the Skillman Foundation and Trustee of Jackson State University Development. Munson has also served as Foundation President for the Detroit Guardsman.
Munson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Black Accountants.
Munson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Jackson State University.
