Dwight Smith is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sophisticated Systems, Inc., which offers a customizable suite of technology solutions that fit the needs of its clients including IT projects, managed services, cloud services, technology deployment, network monitoring and security, hardware and software procurement and professional services.
Smith has served as an adjunct professor in the MBA Program at Franklin University.
Smith serves on the board of directors of CTL Engineering, a privately-held consulting, engineering, testing, inspection and analytical services company, as well as on the board of directors of Choice Legal, a privately held medical record retrieval company for insurance companies and defense law firms.
Smith also serves as a board member and deputy chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
Smith received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance from Ohio State University.
