Doneene Keemer Damon is the Executive Vice President and Vice Chair of the Corporate Trust and Agency Services Group. Her practice focuses primarily on formation and operational issues relating to Delaware statutory and common law trusts in commercial and business transactions, representing issuers, underwriters, investors, and trustees. She also represents banks and trust companies under Delaware and New York law. In addition, She represents health-care clients in all types of commercial and transactional matters.

 

Doneene’s numerous professional recognitions include National Association of Professional Women, VIP Woman of the Year Circle; American Bar Association, Business Law Section; Chambers USA; The Best Lawyers in America; National Diversity Council Leadership Excellence in the Law Award; The International Who’s Who of Women Lawyers; The International Women’s Review Board for Excellence in Law; and YWCA Trailblazer Award.

 

Doneene holds leadership positions in many organizations, including American Bar Association – Business Law Section; Delaware Prosperity Partnership, Board Member and Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Board of Trustees.

 

Doneene earned her J.D. (cum laude) from Temple University School of Law and B.S. in Accounting (cum laude) from St. Joseph’s University.
