Lola Garcia is a Partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP and serves as Vice Group Leader of the Business Litigation Practice Group. She earned her B.A. from Grinnell College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Garcia is a talented litigator and committed client advocate. She is known for her track record of success in challenging litigation matters and her practical approach ﬁnding solutions to matters that are in, or are headed toward, litigation.
Garcia represents organizations of all sizes, from national ﬁnancial services providers to local nonproﬁts. She provides counsel on issues, including commercial real estate disputes, commercial contracts, and compliance questions. As a former Assistant United States Attorney, she has extensive experience with litigation involving various state and federal agencies regulating business conduct and government investigation defense.
An active supporter of diversity and inclusion, Garcia serves on the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and has served multiple terms on the executive board of the Norman S. Minor Bar Association, Cleveland’s Black bar association.
