Dion Camp Sanders is the Chief Strategy Officer at Peloton Interactive, Inc. where he leads the Company’s Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and ESG functions.

In addition to his role at Peloton, Dion also serves on the Board of Directors at Hyatt Hotels.

Prior to joining Peloton in January 2019, Camp Sanders served as EVP, Corporate Development at Leaf Group, Ltd., a diversified consumer internet company. He also oversaw Leaf Group’s portfolio of digital commerce businesses as EVP & GM of Marketplaces.

Prior to Leaf Group, Camp Sanders served as VP, Emerging Businesses within the Disney Interactive Labs group within The Walt Disney Company from March 2012 to July 2016.

Prior to Disney, Camp Sanders held various positions within the consumer internet, renewable energy, and digital media sectors, including a 5-year stint within operating businesses of IAC/InterActiveCorp.

Camp Sanders attended Stanford University and earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a JD from the Pepperdine School of Law and an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
