Danielle Ochs is an Equity Shareholder in the San Francisco office of Ogletree Deakins. She currently serves on the firm’s Pricing Committee and chairs the fi rm’s African-American Business Resource Group.

 

Ochs has more than 20 years of experience as a civil litigator, with an emphasis on the representation of employers in employment, trade secrets, and unfair competition matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies. She works closely with her clients, approaching each case zealously and strategically with a steadfast commitment to client service.

 

Ochs is a current Board Member of the San Francisco Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Right and a past Board Member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, past Chairperson of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the National Bar Association (“NBA”), past President of Black Women Lawyers of Northern California, and past Director of NBA Region IX.

 

Ochs received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California Santa Cruz, where she was a Regents Scholar. She received her Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she previously taught as an Adjunct Professor.
