Craig Arnold is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton, a power management company with 2018 sales of $21.6 billion. Eaton has approximately 100,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.

Previously, Craig was Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, Industrial Sector, from 2009 to 2015. He joined Eaton in 2000 as Senior Vice President and Group Executive of the Fluid Power Group.

Craig previously served as Corporate Vice President and President, GE Lighting Services Ltd. since 1999. At GE, he led the company’s lighting business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Craig started his professional career with General Electric in 1983.

Craig currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Medtronic, Inc. and University Hospitals Health System, Cleveland.

Craig is a member of The Business Roundtable and The Business Council, and the Board of Directors of The Greater Cleveland Partnership and the United Way of Greater Cleveland.

Craig received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
