Cindy Carlisle is the Vice President, Human Resources for Roche Diagnostics.
In this role, Cindy leads the Commercial HR organization and serves on the executive leadership team. She strives to create an environment, where employees can reach their full potential, and as a result, are better able to help deliver results to Roche’s customers and the patients they serve.
Cindy is focused on creating a unique culture that fosters accountability and innovation. Prior to joining Roche, Cindy was Senior HR Director of Janssen Pharmaceutical North America, Johnson & Johnson, where she received two Chairman’s Awards: one for individual excellence for her work to develop a diversity strategy, and a second for creating a high-performance, cross-functional team to execute the work.
Cindy volunteers in the community to develop youth through sports and education. Currently, Cindy serves on the Jump IN for Healthy Kids Leadership Council for the United Way of Central Indiana and volunteers at Zion Hope Church food pantry.
Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Marshall University.
