Williams Capital Management, LLC., companies specializing in investment banking and asset
Williams began his career in 1984 and moved through the ranks to acquire senior management
responsibilities. After departing Lehman Brothers to form a derivatives division of Jefferies & Company, Williams established The Williams Capital Group, LP in 1994. Since 2000, Thomson Financial has consistently ranked Williams Capital, among the most active underwriters of publicly traded equity and investment grade corporate debt offerings.
Both Fortune Magazine and Crain’s New York Business have recognized Williams for his
leadership in the financial services industry. Williams is Chairman of the Board of Overseers for the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Williams holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howard University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
