Charisse R. Lillie is the CEO of CRLCONSULTING LLC, advising law firms, corporations and nonprofits on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion matters. The former executive served at Comcast in various roles from 2005-2017, including SVP of HR, Comcast Cable, VP of HR, Comcast Corp., VP of Community Investment, and President of the Comcast Foundation. She is a former Partner and Chair of the Litigation Department of Ballard Spahr, LLP, and former City Attorney of the City of Philadelphia.
Lillie served five years in the US Dept. of Justice as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Rights Division and as an AUSA. She is a former Chairman of the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and former Trustee of Howard University. She serves on the boards of Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, Philadelphia Electric Co., An Exelon Company, Independence Health Group, Inc., parent of Independence Blue Cross and AmeriHealth Caritas. She serves on the Regional Advisory Board of PNC Bank, PA/NJ/DE, and the Corporate Advisory Board of KnectIQ.
She graduated from Wesleyan University (B.A.), Temple Law School (J.D.) and Yale Law School (LL.M.).
