Bonnie Boone is a producer and client executive for Gallagher’s Risk Management Practice and manages the overall coordination of Gallagher’s resources, including account management and new business development.

 

Bonnie develops strategy and places professional liability and other casualty lines of commercial insurance for a broad range of large clients.

 

Bonnie’s expertise includes financial institutions and healthcare organizations, where she focuses on captives, cash flow-loss sensitive programs and coverage analysis.

 

Bonnie’s career has included positions with Willis as a practice group leader and was one of the first African American women promoted to a senior level at Marsh New York.

 

Establishing market direction, reinsurance treaties, developing rates, underwriting guidelines and corporate strategies were a part of her duties.

 

Bonnie has run an underwriting group in her career with a total of $103 million, and was a pioneer in the managed care sector. Throughout her career Bonnie has trained 4 presidents of insurance carriers.

 

Bonnie is the Founder of the African American Female Network for Commercial Insurance.

 

Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Xavier University of Louisiana.
