Andrean Horton is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Offi cer and Secretary for A. Schulman, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the Company and serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to her current appointment, Horton served in roles of increasing responsibility with the Company, including Senior Corporate Counsel, Assistant Secretary and Interim Director of Human Resources for Latin America.
Previously, Horton served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for The Bartech Group, Inc. and served in a variety of capacities for YRC Worldwide Inc., including Vice President of Legal and Regulatory and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Roadway Express. She began her legal career as an associate at Calfee, Halter & Griswold, LLP.
Horton serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Bar Liability Insurance Company.
Horton is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the State Bar of Ohio and the State Bar of Michigan.
Horton received her Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
