Alicia Boler Davis is the Vice President, Global Customer Fulfillment at Amazon. In this role, she has responsibility for the worldwide network of over 175 fulfillment centers across 16 countries.

 

Prior to joining Amazon, Boler Davis was Executive Vice President, Global Manufacturing for General Motors. She began her GM career in 1994 as a manufacturing engineer at the Midsize/Luxury Car Division. During her GM career, she has held many positions of increasing responsibility in Manufacturing, Engineering and Product Development, including plant manager of the Michigan Orion Assembly and Pontiac Stamping facilities, as well as vehicle line director and vehicle chief engineer, North America Small Cars and leader of GMs Global Connected Customer Experience.

 

In 2018, Boler Davis was named Black Engineer of the Year by Career Communications Group and one of the most powerful female engineers by Business Insider.

 

Boler Davis is a member of the Northwestern University McCormick Advisory Council and a member of the General Mills Board of Directors.

 

Boler Davis has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University, a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Indiana University.
