Ms. Gladden has responsibility for a $500 million organization which provides consulting, professional services and maintenance sales throughout the Northeast corridor of the United States.

She was previously Vice President, Eastern Seaboard MidMarket sales at Avaya, where she had responsibility for sales, operations, engineering, and administration for a 200-person organization. She led this organization through its acquisition from Expanets, a division of Northwestern Utilities.

Prior to Avaya, Ehrika held several roles with Expanets. From 2003 to 2004, she was Vice President of Sales & Engineering in Philadelphia, where she managed a $250 million operating unit and a 110-person team.

Gladden is a board member of the Executive Leadership Council Foundation. She is former director at the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame, and the Larimer Arts Association, and regular contributor to the Susan B. Komen Foundation, the House Rabbit Society of America, and American Diabetes Association.

Gladden holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She reads, writes, and speaks Spanish and French.
