Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people, planet and business health, appoints Lanesha Minnix as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Prior to joining Ecolab in June 2022, Minnix served as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Flowserve, and was responsible for the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory matters. Previously, she served as senior vice president and general counsel for BMC Stock Holdings. Earlier in her career, Minnix held roles with increasing responsibility at ABM Industries, Shell Oil Company and Sprint. She began her career as a corporate associate at the law firm of K&L Gates.
Minnix holds a juris doctor and an MBA from the University of Tulsa, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Louis University.
