N. Cornell Boggs, III is Chief Responsibility and Ethics Officer for MillerCoors.  He is responsible for ensuring the company lives up to its commitment to respect its consumers, its communities they service and the planet. Previously, Mr. Boggs was Chief Legal Officer and Group Vice President of Public Affairs for Coors Brewing Company where he was responsible for legal, government affairs, corporate communications, alcohol responsibility, and water and natural resources. In March 2005, he was featured on the cover of Corporate Counsel magazine as part of its annual list of 10 promising lawyers who can be expected to head the legal functions of leading U.S. and international corporations.

Mr. Boggs currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Valparaiso University and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).  He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Standards Review Committee, which oversees the standards for accreditation of ABA approved law schools in the United States.
He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
