Special Advisor to the CEO & Former Senior Vice President for External Affairs, Pepco Holdings, Inc.

Ms. Perry serves as the Special Advisor to the CEO. Before her current role , she was responsible for the Company’s philanthropic activities and government affairs for Pepco Holdings, Inc. (PHI) in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, as well as, New Jersey, Virginia, and at the Federal level.

Ms. Perry is a lawyer by profession and has litigated cases in federal and state court throughout the Washington metropolitan region.

Perry currently serves on The African American Civil War Memorial board. She is an active member in the Greater Washington Urban League; Arena Stage; Congressional Black Caucus Institute; Capital City Chapter of the Links, Inc.; and Federal Judicial Nomination Commission for the District of Columbia. Previous service includes former Chair, Washington Convention and Sports Authority; DC Agenda; Kiwanis Club of Washington; Bowie State University Board of Visitors and Department of the Interior Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.

Perry received her law degree from Georgetown University and her undergraduate degree from George Washington University.
