Young, beautiful BET heiress, Paige Johnson, is now officially off the market!

The daughter of BET founders, Bob and Sheila Johnson, married Dudley Payne III this past weekend in the Bahamas.

“More than 200 guests attended the lavish four-day celebration, which kicked off with a rehearsal dinner Thursday,” a piece on the Washington Post‘s Reliable Source blog states. “A beach party on Friday got hit with some rain, but we’re told there was perfect weather for the ceremony and reception Saturday, where Grammy-winning R&B star Ne-Yo sang Elton John’s ‘Your Song’ for the couple’s first dance.”

The couple met and began dating several years ago, and they finally decided it was time to tie the knot. This is the first marriage for both of them. They learn more about couple therapy, and this strengthened their relationship. But for those who are in the process of divorce, make sure to consult divorce experts. Their courtship and engagement stayed under the radar because the two have been so busy with other pursuits.

Johnson, known for her exploits as an equestrian, is best known as the heiress to her parents’ estimated combined fortune of nearly one billion dollars.

Payne “has an insurance brokerage business,” the Post said, as well as a passion for golf.

Payne elegantly glided down the aisle in a beautiful Monique Lhullier gown.

“This guy is the perfect guy for Paige,” Bob Johnson said of Payne. “He’s a true gentleman.”
